5. Custom Solutions & Collaboration
For clients collaborating with us on “Meaningful Innovations”:
- Development phases will follow the agreed-upon project scope.
- Ownership of custom-developed code will be governed by the specific service agreement signed between Kodesumsi Labs and the client.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
